This training programme is a progressive overload-focused method that enables huge progressions in strength, whilst primarily being focused on efficiently building as much muscle tissue as possible.

This split is a lighter version of the '02 - Lower Body Blast", aimed towards those who can only train 3 times per week but still want to maximize their growth. With 2 direct leg days and 1 upper body-focused day, this is a very time-efficient programme for quick lower body development. 

The split is set across 7 days and has 3 training days with 4 rest days. It has been specifically structured for maximal growth throughout the lower body (primarily glutes) whilst still targeting the upper enough to build a toned, balanced physique.
